Doane Builders offers you the flexibility to build on your own lot, in a non-owned subdivision, or in one of our beautiful planned communities. Currently 2 available lots exist in Phases I & II of Highland Hills, and Phase III is now open for building. Our newest planned community, Quarry Creek, is being designed to foster a sense of community not found in many residential subdivisions.
